What ages are Moonlight Fairy experiences designed for?
The experiences are designed for a wide range of ages, typically 5-10 years old. If there are children that are 4 years old but turning 5 in the current year, that's normally fine. If you have any questions please ask!
Is the venue private?
Yes, the venue is always private for birthday experiences and can only be booked for one event at a time.
How many children can attend?
The experiences are designed for as few as 1 child or up to 8 children. Unsure about your group size? Send us a message!
What’s included in the experience?
The main experiences will always include: a host, story driven activities, a craft and guided interaction in the immersive fairy environment. Questions? Please ask! We will try our best to accommodate requests.
Can themes be customized?
Themes and experiences are seasonal and rotate periodically. Each theme is very customized, but we always do our best to take into account each and everyone's specific requirements. Have a question, concern or just not sure? Ask us!
How far ahead should we reserve?
If you know the date you'd like, reserve as soon as possible! Spots can fill up quickly and only one group can be booked at a time.
Do parents stay during the event?
Parents are welcome to stay during the event, but we ask that you please do not interrupt the host or follow the children. If you've booked the parents lounge, you'll have seating for up to 8 adults. The event is intended to be fully immersive, and as much as we know you want to be involved - let the host guide the event, we got this!
What makes Moonlight Fairy different from other party venues?
We want to make each and every event as memorable as possible for all of our guests. We do this with an immersive, hands-on, guided session that brings the children deep into the fairy world. This is a calm atmosphere that encourages wonder and imagination.
